Going through a loved one's belongings takes time. We come to your home, pick out what has value and explain why. You decide what you want to sell and what stays in the family.

How we help the estate

  • A free home visit at the property, or an initial assessment from photos
  • We sort jewellery, silver, watches and coins and test the purity on site
  • You get an offer per item or for everything together
  • Cash paid on the spot, with a receipt made out to the estate
  • A written estimate for the estate inventory (bouppteckning) if needed

What to look for

Valuable things are often tucked away. Check jewellery boxes, chests of drawers, cutlery cases, safes and safe deposit boxes. Single earrings, broken chains and old coins have value too.

Before you sell

Agree within the estate on what is to be sold and who will receive the payment. If there are keepsakes you want to keep, set them aside before we arrive.

We check ID and, for larger purchases, your authority to act on behalf of the estate. This protects both you and us.

Photos first

Take photos of the items and their hallmarks, ideally with a ruler or a coin beside them to show the size. Send them through the form and we will come back to you with an initial assessment.

The heirs and beneficiaries of the estate jointly, or someone with power of attorney from them. For larger purchases we may need to see the estate inventory (bouppteckning) or the power of attorney.

Yes. We are happy to come to the property and go through everything on site. The home visit is free of charge.
